Conditions & Treatments of the Face
As premier ear, nose and throat specialists, our practice would not be complete without offering patients comprehensive care for their face and facial features. We offer botox treatment, facial fracture repair and reconstruction of facial defects.

Botox
Botox, or botulinum toxin, is a protein typically synonymous with cosmetic procedures to reduce wrinkles and to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate-to-severe frown lines. However, beyond reducing wrinkles and improving appearances, botox can be used to relieve chronic migraines by injecting a small amount into the head and back, as well as a therapeutic agent to reduce cricopharyngeal spasm and vocal cord spasm. Typically, botox is injected into specific areas, and affects a near immediate effect. A patient is able to leave immediately after the procedure, and it only takes a few minutes to inject.
Facial Fracture Repair
When someone injures their face, both the skin and deep bone structures can be damaged. While broken bones can be scary, not all injuries require surgery. If your facial symmetry and or functions, such as breathing and eating, are impaired, our team of specialist can help you through the healing process. The surgeries vary depending upon the part of the face that is fractured and needs repair, but we work to minimize recovery time, and get you back on your feet again.
Reconstruction of Facial Defects
Injuries and defects to the face and facial skin can result from accidents, major injuries, or cancer, and may lead some to feel embarrassed or self-conscious about their appearance. However, there are several procedures that can resolve many facial injuries and defects. Whether a patient requires a skin graft for damaged facial skin, or prosthetic replacement, we have the knowledge and experience to help.
